Try itunes. i'm sure there's a setting in that which downloads and apply album art to all songs synced in the itunes library. you need an internet connection, of course, and you must keep the profile of songs perfect- at least artist name and album title along with track title must be specified correctly.
i think new windows media player also does that.How can i automatically add album art to my entire library of songs?
