How do you get songs off of your Mediamonkey Library onto your iPod?

Every time I try to drag a track from my Mediamonkey library, an error message pops up. Something about Maxtor5000 and how it's not inserted. How do I fix this?How do you get songs off of your Mediamonkey Library onto your iPod?
That is because you cannot drag and drop. Once your iPod is hooked in the back of your computer go to configure and sync device - iPod.How do you get songs off of your Mediamonkey Library onto your iPod?
You can't drag and drop ,you need to sync with Media Monkey. Right click on the ipod icon select sync.
