What will happen to my itunes playlist if I delete all the songs from my limewire library?

And then I download new songs into my Itunes library in the same playlist where I had the songs from the limewire library. Will they still play when I want to hear them, and if I download the new songs will the old songs that I deleted from the limewire library not work or be gone?

First of all if your itunes preference is set to duplicate any file that it imports for example limewire, than all your songs will remain in your itunes library making them playable at any time in itunes. If this preference is off when you delete your limewire library you will also be deleting them from itunes as well. so turn this on in the preferences/advanced/general/ and check the copy files to itunes Music folder when adding to library. after this you'll be set and able to delete limewire library with out affecting your itunes musicWhat will happen to my itunes playlist if I delete all the songs from my limewire library?
