How do I copy iTunes Library without losing all the files?

I have recently bought a new laptop and i want to have my current iTunes and Limewire Library (which is on another laptop) on my new laptop. Is there any way I can do this without losing all the files from my ipod and itunes library?? Please Help!How do I copy iTunes Library without losing all the files?
