I have tried to download the MSN messenger and This comes at me after the Download is done.

How do I find that to install it. ?How would I go about finding a Dynamic Link library SHELL 32.dll that is missing on my computer?

What it all comes down to is that the latest version may not work on your computer [depends on what version of Windows you have]. Try earlier versions, until you find one that installs.
