What can be done to stop pollution in a public library?

Bowling Green,KY Public Library has a gas fireplace without venting. This fills the air with pollution but they refuse to shut it off. What can be done? The health department has been contacted and the fire department.What can be done to stop pollution in a public library?

They might not care, car's cause polution and they don't do much about those, but they might take an interest in it, it's worth a try! :)
