I just got my hard drive replaced so I my iTunes library completely disappeared. How can I move the songs from my iPod (without downloading anything) to my iTunes library?How can I transfer songs from my iPod touch to my iTunes library?

you have to download something actually. you have to buy or download free third party software to get everything off your ipod to itunes. they do this because of copyright issues regarding the songs/data you have on your ipod.
