How do I sync the files on my iPod to the iTunes Library without losing anything?

I purchased a used iPod that has a lot of files that I want to keep. When I plug the iPod to my PC it ask if I want to "sync and erase" the ipod because it's already synced to another PC/Library. How do I sync what is on the ipod to my Library without losing anything?How do I sync the files on my iPod to the iTunes Library without losing anything?

You cannot transfer music from an iPod to a computer. However if you would like to add songs to the iPod without erasing anything, this is what you do. When you plug in your iPod, set your iPod to "manually sync". After that go to your library and choose a song that you would like and drag it onto your iPod the same way you would do it if you were adding a song to a play list. You will see your iPod light up and say, "sync in process, do not remove". After the song has been added to your iPod, you can then remove your iPod using eject or safety remove hardware.How do I sync the files on my iPod to the iTunes Library without losing anything?
itune blocks this function since itune is the tool with one way to transfer files from itune to ipod. you must utilize other tools to achieve that. There're couple of tools for transferring the files between ipod and computer (for backup)depends on your demands, e.g transfer only songs/videos, transfer photos etc. You can have a look of below review site, hope it useful.
