I got my dad a new 8GB Ipod nano for christmas this year, the new one with the video camera and all. Anyways, he used to have one of those small ipod shuffles but it broke which is why I got him the new one. So I plugged in the new ipod and it won't sync or anything. How do I sync the new ipod? Or how do I get all the songs he has in his library now to his new ipod? Any help and information will be greatly appreciated! Please and thank you!How to sync new ipod with old itunes library?

Just press menu and the center buttons at the same time until the apple appears. If it doesn't work you might try to unplug ipod from computer and do it again.
No you won't loose any music.
